what's your definition of love?

Love is the state of mental awareness achieved by acknowledging and accepting the responsibilities, sacrifices, and differences that must be overcome in order to have a healthy and exciting relationship.

Love is often mistaken for the more emotion based thought processes of passion, lust, and desire- which are derived more commonly from insecurity and sexual or emotional needs.

Yeah, it sounds like that came from a textbook but those are my own words.

Love is...accepting the person "as they are"

Love is...being able to say "I'm sorry!",when you're wrong.

Love is....butterflies in the tummy,when you see them walking towards you.

Love is....the Best feeling in the world!

Love is...being with someone thru the bad times as well as the good.

My definition of love is rather quite romantic and simple: love is when you are 100% ready to give up your life for the sake of another person. If you, without hesitation and thought, would take a bullet for another person, then it is safe to say that you love that person.

Love is patient, kind, it does not envy and does not boast. It is not rude, self seeking, easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always endures.

Having strong feelings towards someone, and really caring for that person. Though, the feeling may or may not last "forever."

If you love someone, distance yourself away from him. If you feel like you miss him so much that you would die without him, then you're in love with him. So for me, love is devoting your life to someone you value so much, that without him, you feel like your life is meaningless.
