Is delivering newspapers a good part time job for an adult?
This would be using a truck, probably more to business I believe.

it can be, especially in dense areas where a there are a lot of papers to delivered in a confined area. having a good route is key to making any money. you also need to be a morning person and have a good driving record since a bicycle would not be practical in most situations. just keep in mind that most people get their news from other sources now so there is not much future in it from a career standpoint.

i think it is a better part time job for a young person, as it is low paying, at odd times of the day, and can be done using a bicycle or something simple like that. the routes are usually short and simple, its a good way to build character and job reference or something like that.
but i suppose if you have access to the job as an adult, sure its a good part time job. i mean, its extra cash, it doesnt seem like a very demanding job... why not? its kinda early hours tho.

If it is in addition to another job or other household income, or even just something to do for you, yes it is fine as long as you don't mind dogs! I know they usually pay below minimum minimum wage, only pay commission, ie. pay a certain price for each paper because it wouldn't be feasable to do an hourly rate. If it is just as an extra then go for it. If it is for extra income, I wouldn't recommend it.

I say yes. You can work early before your full time job (if you have one) and if it helps pay the bills...why not?
Although, I would probably leave it off of your resume if you are an experienced professional.

Sure, why not. It's a job and helps pay the bills and put food on the table. Go for it.

Go to local post offices that sell papers and ask if you can apply for a paper round.
