    only back in the disco era, where some guys wore high heeled platform shoes... ala the rock band "Kiss"

    i never have seen a guy wearing heels, if i did then i would be cracking up

    Yeah ..a lot in the disco era..but these days if you wnt to see it more frequently go to your gay community..like the drag bars
