how to lose 10 pounds in 30 days?

im 12 boy im walking 3 miles every day and 100 sit ups and 100 jumping jacks and 200 leves with 5 pound dumbells all i want to do is lose my belly fat im 4 feet 7 in and weight is 80

    The first thing you have to check it what you eat, and how often do you eat. The best way is to have a meal every 3-4 HS .

    The second part is that you have to be careful with the kind of food you intake, like if you eat to much fat, Example: fast food.

    It is good to have a balance. Eat fruits, vegetables, dirty products. To sum up is good to have a healthy diet. Of course that you need to have some treats, like some chocolates, but not very often(once or twice in a week).

    In your case try joining a swimming team, running team, basketball team ,football team(soccer), etc. Once you are in a team they will make you run, and they will give you all kind of physical exercises, and you will burn fat quickly by having fun and making friends.

    this may be consumer-friendly in case you basically lose water. See Tim Ferriss' weblog for information. As for burning 10 pounds of fat - which would be somewhat frustrating. dropping 2 kg (5 pounds) in 30 days is supposedly greater healthful. in case you're obese or obese there'll in all probability be okay to lose some greater. choose for a greater suitable weight loss plan and a few greater workout and you have a blueprint for laying off fat.

    Um I don't think you need to lose weight especially if you are 12 you should try working more on sit-ups to get a rock hard 6pack. Walking 3 miles doesn't help your stomach but it does help your leg muscles.Also drink lots of water. And why are gonna want to lose 10 pounds you will be 70 pounds and girls don't want a 70 pound boyfriend. If you get in a fight you will nocked out with weighing 70 pounds. Just work on your sit-ups and your arm muscles trust me girls will be all over you with your 6pack and muscles.Umm Hmh

    I can't even do 3 miles a day and I work out in my school gym, I lift 190, squat 185. And I can only run 1 mile in 6 mins. Kinda slow right? Wow you're short. I'm 5'5" and I'm 14.

    u should drink a juice that u make by urself. it should have cactus, oranges, and pineapple. it might look and sound nasty but believe me its good for u and it takes just like pineapple and orange juice. i lost 3 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. drink it 2 times a day and with exercise and believe me ur going to lose weight like that.

    Balance your carbs, proteins and fats. Learn about nutrition and how it interacts with exercise. Stop the lifting and do only the walking, running, and add swimming if you have access to a pool.

    I'd say you're average weight for your age and way to young to be worrying about dieting and losing weight. Your body is constantly changing, so continue your workout and relax.

    Yeah, you're doing fine...

    I would recommend something like yogurt or kombucha to support your immune system while you're dieting. If you decide to diet hard, your immune system sometimes takes a blow because its not getting all the nutrients it needs. Something with active cultures can help with that.

    Working out is not the only thing that you have to do for losing weight. start eating healthy. Stop drinking soda. eat less then your hungry for. good luck.

    lol you need to eat less and watch what you eat. Thats it. Your not suppose to be working out untill ur over 18. Thats if you are 12....
