im 12 boy im walking 3 miles every day and 100 sit ups and 100 jumping jacks and 200 leves with 5 pound dumbells all i want to do is lose my belly fat im 4 feet 7 in and weight is 80

ok all u need, lay down flat on the floor, put your legs to your needs, then push your belly up from the floor,and leave for 5 mins or count to 300. or 200 bak wards. do this for 4 days 1 on 1. then do what u want later till the next week. do this for longs u want ,u well get your flat belly. i been doing it . it's not what u eat, it's how much u eat.

You are still going through puberty, so of course you have belly fat! It will disappear within the next 3 years, as you grow taller and get stronger. Continue to exercise (it's good for you, but don't wear yourself out - you're only 12). Don't lift weights until you are 16 or 17 years old. Weight lifting at your age will stunt your growth.

thats baby fat, it will go on its own as you grow in the next few years. If you do want to get rid of it you should try running the tree miles, drink lots of water throughout the day, 2-3 liters, and eat lots of fruit, vegetables and low fat meats like chicken or fish. No soda, no fast food. Good Luck.

You have to do cardio to lose body fat in general, and lifting helps too. You can't spot reduce, meaning you can't choose where the fat comes from, it just goes. You have to burn calories to burn body fat too.Good luck!!

the best way to burn fat is by doing any cardiovascular endurance. they say swimming and running burn the most.
