Can Mexicans, both legal & illegal please explain the potential drawbacks of getting amnesty?

Yeah... one drawback i have seen in the future is that some of them might be able to vote w/o learning what it is to be American. They should (before getting amnisty) is take a US history class. That way they can be proud of their new country.

You know, Mexico just passed a bill that allows Mexicans to retain their citizenship if they become citizens of another country. GEE, I wonder what other country they may have been thinking of when they passed that law????

So, you can live in the USA, but when it's time to get drafted or arrested for not paying taxes, you can just run back to Mexico. How convenient.

Frankly, I see no drawbacks. That's why they come over at a rate of about 2.5 million a year. Only half of those make it, though.

See is gonna be good for all my people over there...

1.Work legal

2.Tax ID

3.Education and social security

4.Clean credit background (for get a house, bank account)

5.No restrictions for ID or drivers license

Their remittances are one of the basic support for our economy (tourism and oil are the other ones).

We can have a double citizenship...

Believe me, your and our economy is supported for all PEOPLE FROM THE SUN, if US try to take a census, and make a list with all my people, and push them to pay taxes, it will be a great option...

Look some of my people aren't there for experiment, 70% of Mexican population, gots the basic services an their education level is just elementary school...

So even if you have a degree is difficult, so just think how difficult is for them...

We know is a big problem that we have to solve as a country...but immigration cant stop...

The only drawbacks I see is that they will have to pay a fine and pay taxes. But I don't think they will step forward to do so. I think they would rather stay "in the shadows" and get a free ride.

Many of their poor will be poor here too-medical will be drained and Aid soon. -where next -?

And they didn't follow God's law on how to behave to the government-he has them-many are religious they know what the bible said-Some think god will understand (funny in bible history-same problem and he didn't excuse)

And what is to prevent the same element we ran away from happening again.?

Drawback? what a joke,you have in your house a mice and you put free food, fresh water, and take care about him ,the next month you have a 20 babies mice, also the family and friends, drawback? for who? maybe you no have to much illegals in your area

when i cross i was so depressed i wanted to go back but i know i owed money and if i would go back i will be very difficult to me to coma back so i stayed and deside to make a life here many peope from heat dont like cold
