Sadly, there are too many people in this world who are greedy, selfish and demanding. As long as humans are humans (and as far as I'm aware, we are all guilty of that)... there can never be full and complete peace on Earth. The thought makes me very sad... and I mourn.

If only there were more people like you. I think it is impossible. I think there will always be a few world conflicts or situations going on at any given time. Not to mention, rivalries and competition is so high in some areas like the middle east that people will always be on guard. I also believe that people will always have different definitions of peace.

The first 60 seconds after they drop the bomb there will be total world peace. Because everyone will be preoccupied with what to do next.

There is nothing we can do...we are just voices in a big crowd of people...no one takes as seriously and no one cares what we think...also i don't think that 60 sec/or min will do any good in the world...wars must stop forever!!!

yeah I don't think that would ever happen. That means we would need to solve homelessness, cancer, and disease, hunger. Much much more. I think it might help if we never ever ever again elected another bush family member into office. That would be a good start.

Depends on the definitions of 'total', 'world' and 'peace' ;^)

It depends on in what context one looks at peace. So my answer is yes or no.
