Drinkin pop?

I no longer do it, and it really sucks! I used to drink Dr. Pepper alllll the time, and I really want one, but I know its horrible for me. So now Im drinkin water, and well thats about all. I need something that taste GOOD & its also good for me (besides the obvious milk, OJ, etc) something as good as a nice ice cold Dr. Pepper. Mmmm haha

First off nothing as good as Dr.Pepper, but if your looking for healthy alternatives, try V-8 Smoothies or Sobe energy drinks. They a good for you alternative that has a little more flavor and kick than milk or OJ.

Carbonated water really damages your bones by restricting iron intake - this has a knock-on effect which messes up calcium used to make bones.

Not only is pop bad but is also has too much sugar and artificial additions which mess you up even further.

Too much sugar can give you type 2 diabetes and the chemicals can increase you risk of developing various cancers.

Drinking filtered water is the best so keep up the good work. Do not buy water in plastic bottles - the chemicals will leach into the water making it as bad as pop.

    Have fun (irony)

How about a nice ice cold glass of juice? A nice cold glass of V8 is some good stuff if I do say so myself.
