What sort of a site is it.
A Dynamic or Static site.
If its dynamic then you got to update that perticular file. For instance a text file or so.
But static, you got to simply replace the old file with the new one. You could simply try saving it "Save as".
Hope this helped!

You may not be able to use the standard PUBLISH method in Frontpage.
Ask the server administrator if you can PUBLISH from Frontpage or if you need to upload with FTP.
I suspect if you save your website on your local disk and use an FTP program to upload to the server, it will work fine.
You can also do this directly in Frontpage, if you choose to "Publish" with ftp://www.mywebsite.example rather then http://www.mywebsite.example/
Good Luck.

I think you're trying to directly edit the web page...you need to edit on a locally stored copy, and then transfer this to the web server, overwriting the old copy
