there is actually a group of people that swap shoes as they have different sized feet might be worth searching for them on the net!! manufacturers dont tend to make different sized shoes as a pair to sell that way the demand isnt high enough

I kinda have this problem because most manufactures tend to make the right one larger so sometimes they do not fight properly. I wear a 14 on the left and 13 1/2 on the right. This is ideal for me. Sometimes if I like the shoes and they aren't fitting properly I will pull the switcheroo at the store. If the clerk checks them while ringing up my purchase I try to act all surprised. Then I have to take them back a few days later. It is real hassle.

Probably not, my aunt also had polio as a child. She's been buying 2 pairs of shoes for the past 40 years.

make special order, it might cost a little extra but what is important.... money or your feet..? but there is a friend i have here in canada and he has a polio too and he also has special shoes.

definitly go with the switch idea. u should take a box of tens and switch the left with a nine. the cashier will probably never check the sizes, just that the shoe matches wat it says on the box.
