Do you have a favorite cookout recipe I can use tomorrow?!?

Question

I'm hosting a small cookout tomorrow (about 15 people).  I have the basics: hot dogs; hamburgers; chicken; Greek salad; pasta salad...and for appetizers I have crab cakes; chips and dip...and plenty of dessert foods.

I feel like I need some more side dishes, though...does anybody have any great recipes or ideas for side dishes?!?

I am just a simple hillbilly but i always love to take aluminum foil and cut potatoes and onions up andd lots of butter and put on the grill in a packet but its a good side dish for that

I usually make baked beans with browned hamburger in it, you can throw in a can of corn too for color, make sure you use a little brown sugar in the beans so it's more like a side dish than a main dish. Happy memorial day to you :-)

Recipe no. 1:
Cut stripes of ham, roll it with craft cheese on the center. 
Secure with a toothpick. Fry or put it in the microwave. Delicious.

Recipe no.2:
Croutons with this sauce:
8 ounces of cream chesee.
Soup powder (the kind of soup you just put to boil and it's ready) (mushroom soup itÂ¡s the best)

Sounds like you need a jello mold/salad, a veggie tray and maybe a fresh fruit salad.  Have a great time!
