Your question is not specific enough to be sure, but I believe it is referring to a "Personal Computer Internal" Modem for dialup internet, fax, and etc. To get updated drivers for it either go to the windows update site, ( they have driver upgrades for much of the hardware available ), or got into the hardware management section in the control panel and locate the name and model number for the device. Do a web search under the manufacturers name to locate their site and access the manufacturers driver updates. These PCI Devices are software based devices, so you may find software updates in addition to the driver updates. Windows is trying to install that device for u (modem , sound card , ...) so first try to see what is that pci and then go to find its driver.
