if i format my C drive and reinstall O.S again ,can i view the files in the other drives later?
my computer has become slow .O.S is win XP.i want to reinstall again the O.S.but i dont want to loose the contents in the other drives.what should i do for that.can anyone help me.

yes you will have no problem viewing the files on the other drives if you can view then now & your still using the same o.s ,1 word of warning ,go inside your pc & disconnect the other drives at the back,the power & ribbon cable,that way you wont format the wrong drive believe me its easily done :)

I agree with the previous answer. Another thing you can do is back all of the contents on the drives to CD/DVDs. I usually do this for a "just in case" factor.
