A dermatologist can treat this condition with skin bleaching creams. The kind you buy i the drug store are not the same thing.

The bleaching creams contain hydroquinone. You can find a cream with this ingredient over-the-counter, but it will have a lower percentage of hydroquinone.

idk...i use a cream dat i just buy in da store and it works pretty well..its called palmer's skin sucess eventone fade cream. u can find it in walmart, it comes in a box dat has a jar inside it.
