A web search found a few more sites so you might want to do a search for elliptical heads.

Dimensions for 2:1 elliptical heads are listed at the attached website. This reference specifically depicts head OD, ID, and depth.
The Pressure Vessel Handbook has several handy tables for a variety of heads which include total head volume, partial head volume, and weights.
