i need head bolt torque specs for a 1997 f-150 with a 4.2 v6 can anyone help?

Step 1: 45-55 ft. lbs. (61-74 Nm)
Step 2: Rotate all bolts an additional 80-100°
Be sure to follow the correct bolt sequence when tightening
