Seoul, South Korea. The reason is that their government, economy,& way of life is very similar to ours. Don't even go to North Korea (if you see the news about their nuclear proliferation, you know why).

Slap in the middle of the DMZ. You wont have any annoying neighbours coming round to borrow stuff
