In the Mormon church, what is meant by the term "special baptism"?

I have heard the term used several times by Mormons.

To Don: I know the truth about mormons because I am one but I prefer to be called LDS Although we do not agree with the beliefs your lovely blueish/greenish tiffiany boxed colored backround page it does not mean that we do not know Christ and his teaching it just means we do not agree with yours I noticed on that page your saying pretty much once saved always saved.... so if that's the case then what kind of place will your heaven be out of curiousity? And if all you have to do is believe in christ why then do you damn me for believing more of Christ than you do? How does merely believing fit in Biblically with the admonition of the Apostles as found in Acts 22:16; 2:36-38, or the admonition that the Savior Himself gives in John 3:5 and Mark 16:15-16? If we don't have to do anything to be saved, but the greatest question I have is why must I act as you do? Why don't you believe that baptism is essential for our salvation? See Mark 16:16. If you do, what form of baptism is acknowledged by the Lord Jesus Christ as being the correct one? The Bible says there is only one, see Ephesians 4:4-5.How many of your protestors does it take to judge and condemn the faith in Christ of another also Do you think it's Christian to misrepresent the beliefs of those you consider cultists in order to show others they're wrong? not that you have as of yet I really don't know but it does bother me you are saying I do not know my own religion.

OK. I am a pagan, and I wondered why on the Mormon Tabernacle in Utah the tops are decorated with pentacles and the baphomet. Answer that one, I am curious. By the way I ask this so I can learn and understand, do don't preach to me about my religion. I am happy with what I am and I also respect you for your beliefs. We are all children of the creator and are loved unconditionally.

A few questions:

1) Mormons use the "Mormon Bible" correct?

2) If so, was the Mormon Bible translated from another version?

3) What is it about the Mormon bible that is different from the other versions?
