What does "Sie sind ein emsiger Charmeur" mean in English???

Do you know German? I want to know the meaning of the sentence please ...

Sie sind ein emsiger Charmeur

Update:

I tried google translator , dictionaries and the result is confusing

Sie sind ein means "They are a"

Emsiger means "busy"

Charmeur means "charmer"

But it shouldn't mean "They are a busy charmer" , sohuld it? :)))

This looks like an idiom, like in English "a busy bee."

    Idioms are hard to translate.

Was this a phrase by itself, or was it in a longer piece you were reading? If it was in a longer piece, think about the person being talked about. What might the idiom mean given what that person has done?
