Since most interviews are behavioral based, it is wise to write down events that occurred at work that illustrate how you behaved in certain situations, like dealing with a stressful employee, working under pressure or deadlines, willing to team with others, etc. And always in relating your stories to the inteviewer stress what you did, do not generalize. Behaviorial based interviews rely on the fact that past behavior in a situation is a good indicator of future behavior. And never, never, never, relate an incident where your boss was wrong, and you did it your way. Always recount an event where you voiced your opinion to your boss that they were wrong, but if they insisted you do it their way, that's the way you did it.

be confident. know you can do the job you are applkying for. write a good resume. practice answering questions such as:
what would you bring to our company?
what would you say are your best assets?
why should we hire you?
what is something you did in your life that made you feel proud?
have you ever been faced with prejudice and how did you handle it?
if you encountered a problem with a co worker what would you do?
write them on flash cards and have family or friends randomly ask you the questions so that you can answer what ever one they choose.
