Did you know that we eat thousands of bug parts daily?

Bugs are a great source of protein!

Update:

Rice, grains, cereals, processed potatoes, etc. Yummy!

Update 2:

Spiders are considered as a bug for the purpose of reporting bug parts in food products.

If you see "carmine" listed on any label, that means there are bug parts in it. I doubt you'll see little legs and antennae in your food :) but carmine is what they use to dye some foods red. It's derived from bugs.

Hate to answer a question with a question, but did you know in an average human lifespan, you will have ingested (either inhaled nasally or eaten through the mouth) over thirty spiders while sleeping? Nasty, but true.

Yes, the FDA allows a certain percentage of insect parts in canned food, as gross as that seems!
