Anyone else really frustrated by finale of ER???

Thank you! I know just what you mean. I've been more and more disappointed with ER as time goes on. I've watched this show right from the beginning and I'm sorry to say, but I think they need to hang it up. There is only so much you can expect from even the best writers. I think these writers have tried but what is left to say? What I didn't like about how this ended was the cliff-hanger crud. I just know that next fall, they will start the show and everything will be just fine, it will be months later, and you'll be like, what the hell was that all about? Personally, I don't give a crap if Morris leaves - I'm not at all invested in his character. I would miss Jerry...Yeah, I care about Abby and the baby... You know, I'm still mad about how they got rid of Romano. He was the perfect love-to-hate character and I really miss him. And to fire Lizzy's charater because she was getting too old? What a load of bunk! And now all of a sudden Carrie isn't allowed to be handicapped anymore? THey are trying to focus this show to 20 somethings and make medicine look all glamorous - - all the doctors are young and pretty and live in a wonderful fast paced life. Bull. I'd rather see the characters develop and (dare I say it?) age - because that is how viewers grow to care about them. Changing characters every other season isn't doing anybody any good.

Man, glad I got that out of my system... I may need to get out more... lol!

OH MY GOD!!!! They always do this, every series ends with a total cliffhanger its brilliant. I didnt watch all of this series but I really hope Aby and her baby survive....yes i know its not real life but sometimes it feels like it is .... lol
