What can I do with this huge empty building?

All I do at this new job is payroll, so I have time for plenty else to do. I already got the okay to start another small business and there is so much room here for anything. There are two floors and I'd say each are big enough to put 10 buses in. This is a medium sized town so what should I do that can make money but not cost a lot to start up?

well, you need to see what the biggest demand in your town is. Consider a franshise opportunity. Make a list of all the buisnesses in town and see where there is a gap to be filled. Also , maake sure it is something you can be pasionate about!

Define doesn't cost a lot to start-up? First of all, to really make a business successful you're going to need atleast $25,000. Is the floor space all open or is divided into several spaces? I could go on and on about this... but I will stop now.. lol
