what should i do plese help me if error occured while operating Microsoft word?

Wait a good while, if it is frozen, to make sure it doesn't fix itself. If word is already closed, you're only hope if either your last saved copy, or an 'auto-saved' copy. This can be found in the microsoft word program files. just do a search for auto save on your hard drive. If none of that works, you better be ready to start re-doing what you lost.

I presume you are losing files because of errors.

Reinstall if possible and see if it reoccures.

First of all. Keep saving when you are writing in word. Then preferably keep a different directory where you keep unfinished Word files. If there is an error. Try to locate a most recet Temp file of word. it will be gin with ~ character. Rename it to something proper and try to open it. It will have most recent version that can be salvaged,.

in internet explorer, You will have to go through a few steps, but It is usually pretty well explained.. Try installing all of the updates it finds for you.. If these do not fix the problem, you may consider re-installing your MS Office, You will need the cd's for this, You may also need them for the updates..

depends on the error but normally save your work and reboot the computer if you cannot save it to word then copy it and save it to notepad and reboot
