Why would Password Pro lose all its information?

Anyone familiar with the program? Keeps your passwords for you.

Update:

No file extension. just small .exe file to put passwords in. old. I lost info once before but was able to restore from disk..no more....nothing works. It's empty.

Update 2:

Anyone know a good free one...not invasive and not key wallet....yuk.

    It should not. Do a search of your system for file extension supported by Password Pro.

    if shouldn't erase it, but u have to think if u actually updated the system,,, there might be a problem with that and it moved the files somewhere else, research, i would also suggest removing and installing the program again...

    try roboform its much more stable
