I have heard a version of "No Woman No Cry" sung in Portuguese.
Can anyone tell me the artist and where to download it from?

It is sung by brazilian legend Gilberto Gil, who is presently the brazilian Minister of Culture. "Não Chore Mais", as it is called, was recorded for the first time in 1979, on an album called "Realce", and then in 2002 on the album "Kaya N'Gan Daya", made only of Bob Marley songs (3 in portuguese, the rest in english).
I'm sure you can find the mp3 on emule or something. Go ahead and download it without feeling guilty, he is totally pro-filesharing!
