Actually, you should be addressing this question to the Protestants who insist on "Sola Scriptura" ("by Scripture alone.") Personally, I don't know of any Catholic who insists that the Bible is without minor translational errors -- much less that every word should be taken literally. It's the Protestants who believe that everything in the Bible is meant literally and is completely without error. Which leads me to wonder exactly how many people they've seen wandering around with a log in their eyes or just what prompted them to try to shove a camel through the eye of a needle in the first place. The Church teaches that taken as a whole, the Bible is the inspired Word of God. Proper interpretation is the key to understanding the principles put forth in Scripture -- not taking every word as literally true.

This error is "normally" generated by Windows Media Player when there is some kind of authentication issue.
Resolution Suggestion One:
# Right Click on the file link and select "Open In New Window".
A simple solution but one that works in many circumstances!
-----------------------------------------------
Resolution Suggestion Two:
# Right Click on the file link and select "Save Target As" then save the file to your hard drive. After that try and play back the file from your computers hard disk.
This method is the preferred option if you are trying to play content that has been sent to you in an email.
For example... receiving an email, with a video attachment, into your Hotmail account is a VERY common reason for generating the windows media player error 800C0008. Essentially it is never a good idea to try and play any media file from within an email. You should ALWAYS try to save the file to your computers hard drive!

Do you have a firewall or similar program running. I had the same problem and when I shut my firewall down it worked fine.
