Hi,
the very first web site was nxoc01.cern.ch, and the very first web page was http://nxoc01.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/TheProject.htm... That site shut down a long time ago.

i believe that doctors created the first web page(s). i'm not sure, but i did hear somewhere that the internet was originally created for physician use. i'm not 100% positive tho, so don't quote me! haha
