How do you divorce someone that lives in another country?
I am married to a woman from the Philippines and I live in the USA. How do I get a divorce? She turned out to be just as bad as all the rest of the women I have known. Petty, jealous, and posessive.

as i know phils they dont accept divorced, so wht i can help u is go and see the Phils embassy and ask the information for that. Gud luck and becarefull ..... dnt let urself fall in her trap.

Not sure, but if your in the Military a good place to start would be the Base Legal office. If not in the service try contacting the Philippine Embassy for information.

just file for divorce and under the choices, choose abandonment.
since she went back to her country.
