No. It isn't written anywhere in the bible that women should be completely covered. Women should dress modestly. People sin all the time. Some Christians are baby Christians and don't understand what dressing modestly is. God never commanded me to be completely covered. That would be a cultural thing. Man's law. God made me a woman, so I should dress in women's clothes. For Sunday morning church, I feel I should dress my best & modestly.

No, nowhere in the Bible is clothing for the common person commanded. Clothing is only commanded for priests. Clothing is implied for others by Numbers 15:38 and this command of Tsitsis is understood to only be for men.
Of course, rabbinic tradition mandates modest clothing for everyone. But you asked about Christians and they claim that they don't follow rabbinic tradition. We know that Peter went naked when he was fishing (John 21:7), so presumably they were not all that concerned about being clothed.
The passage about women being dressed "modestly" is perhaps misunderstood. The command is against them being dressed in fancy clothing, with fancy hairdos and the like. It is about them not dressing pridefully, but to be humble. And since one way to humble a person is to strip them naked I suppose you could try and make a case against them wearing clothing from there.
But in general you have to look at the fact that the Bible was written in the Middle East and if you weren't wearing clothing you get a terrible sunburn in the daytime and the desert gets pretty cold at night. So the fact that people wore clothing for protection can probably be assumed. Therefore a command wasn't needed.
Christians just need to realize that they got their standards of decent clothing from rabbinic tradition.

It should be asked like this,
Why do christians wear sexy clothes while they know this can affect the poor priests who have no right to marry, wouldn't that incite them to molest childrens.
