question for african/americans about what i can say in regards to.....?

it has to be understood that there is alot of words people of all racist make up.but that word is not the same words as the whites use way back when its a slang term thats not even spelled the same i wouldnt worry about it . as long as it doesnt affect anyone . i see no problem.

Here's a tip for you, dude. If you have to think twice about saying it, don't say it at all. With something like this, different people react differently. Some wouldn't think anything of it, others would call you a whore and a bigot. I would suggest playing on the safe side of the court in this instance.

I'm black and I understand where your coming from but I would lay low on the N word in public,take the story to a private setting.

White and ******. I just wrote two words. one must be dotted. That means you shouldn't use it. I don't really care if I'm called a ******. The problem is the manner used. I call my best friend monkey, dog anything you think of. It means nothing.

In a private setting with good friends, why the heck not, as long as everybody knows that you are just telling a story. In public, I would refrain from using using any derogatory statement, be it n*gga, cracker, d*ke, ..etc, and that goes for me and everybody else.

if you're not saying it real mean, who cares? i'd say it to any of my friends, if they're black or not. i dont care. if they're one of my friends then i know theyre not gonna care.

I'm black. n***** is not used in my family EVER.
