If you disagree with liberals, as I do, then you could at least be civil towards them until they become uncivil towards you. Have some respect for your fellow man, even if you disagree with them.

No one abhors political extremism more than I do, but you must learn to separate ideas from people. People's minds can change, but if you unilaterally declare them to be excrement, then you are Adolf Hitler incarnate and will never convince anyone your views are correct.

Besides, calling someone a liberal is imprecise, and entirely subjective. The word is so overused and defined by opposing definitions, it is essentially meaningless in almost any context. It is as useless as defining yourself as a Republican or a Democrat, because niether party is united, or has a strong, unchanging platform of ideas. The definition of liberal or conservative or Rep or Dem is entirely based upon context, not objective definition.

You should really consider thinking before you share your thoughts with others. You might convince a "liberal" that not all conservatives are Nazis, which would be a positive step towards unifying our country. Instead, you choose to make the problem worse.
