I bought Patriot memory DDR2 1 GB PC2- 5300 strips for my Dimension 8400, there are indentations on the old strips or grooves in the old and new strips.

I tried installing them but it didn't feel like they fit right so I didn't push the matter. Before i go return them or look online to buy new memory, i just want to make sure they are not compatible with either the mother board or just the plug.

Should the new strip fit or do i need to change the plug on the mother board too?

I looked at some crucial RA memory strips which claimed to be compatible and it looked like it had the same kind of groove/ or indentation on the bottom of the strip

Hi out there. I bought a used car a 94 Camaro and now have two flat tires.

I can not remove the tires because there is special hub cap with a special bolt that I can not remove.

I don't know what the bolt is called and I don't know where to purchase a key for it.

The hub cap says Optima on it.

I would rather not have the bolt cut out, but instead be able to remove it myself. Thanks.

After the heavy rains and the huge water puddles that my lowered 94 Camaro went through,

the car is acting screwy.

I suspect water got into the distributor cap.

so i need advice on another symtom before i fork over my cash.

the engine rpm are higher than usaul when at idle.

when i shift into reverse the engine just dies.

is there perhaps another cause to the car dying or is the distributor cap the main suspect?

it rained and my car died more than once i think water may have gotton into the distributor cap. How do i dry it out or what should i do, the car is reving high when idle.

or is it something else?

My car has died on me during the heavy rains. the car is lowered and when it goes into a flooded intersection it dies out.
