Need help on a lock bolt on my car rims.?

Hi out there. I bought a used car a 94 Camaro and now have two flat tires.

I can not remove the tires because there is special hub cap with a special bolt that I can not remove.

I don't know what the bolt is called and I don't know where to purchase a key for it.

The hub cap says Optima on it.

I would rather not have the bolt cut out, but instead be able to remove it myself. Thanks.

Update:

I would like to know what the bolt is called and where to find a key for it.

it is shaped like a star with cyclinder center.

Update 2:

i can't find a clear picture of the bolt but this was the best I could do.

    sounds like a tamper proof torx head bolt. You can buy sets of tamper proof bits at most good tool stores. If you dont care about the bolt you can use an air chisel on the outer edge of the bolt head and unscrew it a little at a time.

    Try the local tire shop. They often keep many keys for cars like yours. Make sure they don't put it back on.

    If not you can probably use one of these;

    find a socket that kinda almost fits on it, hammer it on, and take off the lock
