Well you can't recive updates for games (I think)
But
No it will not Disable Homebrew or make it inop
You will just have to get Version 2 (or something)
codes if you are hacking
If your talking about the Homebrew Channel for Version 4.1U
Homebrew channel will work
Just be carful when installing

PS3: snap shots are a reasonable difference, however the web play is the biggest difference. it truly is poor as frequently used on the Wii, however the PS3s on line interface works lots greater constructive.
