Well non-hybrid car, it would be the Toyota Yaris. Hybrid vehicals, i think the Toyota Prius, but people say they actually only get about 45mpg. (my neighbor has one)

It's the Honda Insight, but I would seriously look at the Toyota Prius if I were you.
