Does any one regret things they do?

I was told to not regret anything you've done. Just learn from the experience.

You can regret, and I honestly DO regret some of the things in my past. You can't change what you've done, but you DO learn from it. Don't dwell on those regrets, but you should never brush them off either. It's those regrets that remind us years later to NOT do those same things again... Good luck!!

I think it's hard not to regret something you did or didn't do, because NO ONE is perfect (although some think they are). But I think it's better to learn from others mistakes and experiences then you don't have to go through the same experiences and possibly have more things to regret.

I think it's silly to think that anyone can live a life without regrets. The person who told you this probably had good intentions -- wanting you to consider your mistakes as "lessons learned" instead of things you regret...but you *can* (and should) regret something you did (or did not do), and still learn from the situation.

I'd like to hear from someone who has lived their entire life regret-free. If you say you have, you ought to regret that lie!

I feel things you do make you the person you are. At one point in my life I regretted a million things that I have done. But I look back now and realize that without those things I wouldn't be where I am at today. Yes there are stupid things I have done or things I wish I wouldv'e done, but hey life ISN'T perfect so you know what;s done is done. My favorite quote is "Everything happens for a reason". Words to live by.

I regret some things that I have done. With age comes a little more wisdom, self-control and soul searching. I try to really "look in the mirror" at myself and determine how I added to or detracted from the different events in my life. I am very honest with myself. I try not justify my mistakes.I try to learn from them and I try to make amends to others, when I foul up. Growing older is nothing to be afraid of. It's something to look forward to. Have a good day, friend.

You learn from your little mistakes. And you gotta regret your really BIG ones. You must regret from example your lies. You can learn from wrong decisions. So, basically, it depends on the size of the mistake.

I regret a few things, but don't dwell on them so they don't spoil my life, and I guess if I hadn't done those things I would not be where I am today, and right now I am in a good place.
