BAD back pain and stomach pain?

Question

Any suggestions on what this could be? I have had the back pain since Friday and the stomach pain hit in the middle of the night. It is all in the Lower right quadrant. No fever, a little nauseous just don't know if it's serious enough to go to the ER today or ride it out until tomorrow.

Probably should go to the er, could be most anything from appendix to kidney stones. You need to be seen if the pain is really bad. Pain is always a symptom not the disease.

Any pain that makes you cry demands medical attention. You could have something going on with your colon or a cyst on your ovary, get to urgent care.

Sounds like an appendicitis, since it's on your right side.  You really should see a doctor, since no one on here can actually give you a true diagnosis.  Go today!

possibly a virus but im no doctor.wait till you have any vomitting or loose bowel. an appendix attack would make you extremely nauseous and pain so severe you may scream.

                         All I know is on sunday you would be better off going to the emergency room that on Monday when it will  bite into your weekdays schedule...

Could be many things, but your appendix could be inflamed.  This is serious, as it could rupture!  You need to see a Doctor as soon as possible!
