One of my all-time favorite comedies is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and one of the funniest scenes is when Chevy Chase is being attacked by the squirrel that's been hiding in his christmas tree. Everyone is running and his mother falls on the floor in the living room where the squirrel is hiding and noone has the guts to go and get her, so Chevy goes in to save her ,"Don't move Mom, I'm coming in." Hysterical.

For pure physical comedy try any number of movies from Laurel and Hardy, hilarious comedy with perfect timing, simply superb!

Austin Powers Goldmember

When Austin was getting ready for a physical and Mini Me was attached to him. There was a dude watching him through a back lit curtain. Mini Me's little arm looked like a rather large penis and was pointing and playing ball with Austin. Then it appeared as though Austin was giving birth to Mini Me. Makes me cry laughing EVERY time I see it! I'm giggling right now!!

You gotta see "Blazin' Saddles". it is so in your face. Mel Brooks didn't hold his punches on any subject, race, religion, sexual preference. too many to count - but one that sticks in my mind that I quote is with Clevon Little comes prancing into the bar dressed as a candygram delivery man, with his Candygram for Mongo, Candygram for Mongo....then Mongo - signs, sez, Mongo loves candy and it explodes in face - just like a buggs bunny cartoon.

in Young Frankenstein - every time they mention the name of the house keeper, Frau Blukker - you hear a horse cry out in the back ground. every time - the inside joke is that Blukker is german for glue!!!

also when herr doktor lifts Terri Garr out of the wagon, he glance over his shoulder sees the door and and exlains "what huge knockers", to which Terri replies "oh, thank you doctor".
