Bring the chicken over first, Because the fox won't eat the corn. Come back then grab the fox, then when you get to the other side, grab the chicken and bring it back. Then grab the corn and come back empty handed (Foxes don't like corn!) then grab the chicken and go back over once more. Everything is on the otherside with nothing being eaten.

First bring Hen over

Next bring corn over and bring back Hen

then bring Fox over

then bring Hen over again

take the hen over, leave it. Go back get the corn bring it leave it bring the hen back, leave the hen a bring the fox over so the fox and corn or on the other side then go back for the hen

Take Chicken to other side. Get the Corn and take it to the other side. Bring the Chicken back. Set the Chicken back where it started and take the Fox. Then go back and get the Chicken.

Tell the fox to carry the corn while you carry the hen.

carry the hen first, then go back and get the fox, bring the fox over and pickup the hen again, drop the hen and get the corn, drop the corn and go back to get the hen

Shoot the Fox, eat the chicken and cook the corn.

snare the fox like most farmers do, cook the chicken so you have strength to cross the river with the heavy corn.
