Do you believe that Human space travel since the 60's has been fabricated?

I think the only way we will know if the first moon-walk was faked is if any of the participants make a confession to its authenticity. I can see how it could have been faked - viewers were not as video and television savvy almost 40 years ago. It could be that Apollo 13 was going to be the very first moon landing and that went horribly wrong.

You are correct in that countless money has been spent on space exploration for it all to have been faked. I certainly remember being in my 11th grade history class watching the Challenger disaster live on television - the historic launch of the first teacher in space. I also watched in horror with million of others on live TV as the shuttle Columbia broke up on re-entry. I feel enough of the space race is plenty real enough.

I don't feel it was fake, because we have things like satellite communications. But you said that much money could not have been spent on a hoax. Well they could have made us think we were ahead of the Russians and laundered money at the same time. If that is why you believe we went to the moon, you could be wrong,but I don't think so, just saying. But why is this in religion?

I do find it interesting that no further efforts were made to colonize the moon or do anything other than use moon landings as a publicity stunt.

But, I am neutral on the subject and have no opinion one way or another. Until someone proves otherwise, I'll assume we did.
