Contact your bank or issuer of the card used to pay. File a Transaction Dispute to get the charges reversed.

I was getting skeptical too, but they just sent me a refund for the shipping like they said, so maybe all is looking up!

NOTHING , IF YOU PAID BY CHECK, STOP PAYMENT ON CHECK, IF YOU PAID BY CREDIT CARD, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ASK FOR A CHARGE BACK ON YOUR ACCOUNT. AND NEXT TIME DONT BUY NOTHING ON LINE. ITS ALL A SCAM.
