Did anyone else see one of the German player's do a Hail Hitler when they scored their penalty?
I'm not trying to cause trouble here, I'm just not sure what I saw! On the BBC coverage, I'm pretty sure I saw one of them do it to the crowd or even the Argentina bench, and that's what started the fracas. Anyone else see it?

i saw what you thoguth was a nazi salute.... it was lukas podolski after he scored a penalty he celebrated the penalty by raising his hand to the german team bench.. as the camera's caught him it looked like he was making a nazi salute but he was just rasing his hand in celebration.. i know how it looked but it was just a celebratory raise of the hand

I don't know how much football you watch, but it's quite normal for players to raise their arm and fist to salute the crowd after scoring.Watch Frank Lampard,Joe Cole,John Terry or others. They all do it.

well podolski is a polish national so i doubt he would do something like that. i heard borowski signaled something to the argie bench and that what was started the fight.
