is it really wrong to fall for a guy when you have already had a drunken fling with his twin brother? the brief fling didn't really mean much and i am not interested in persuing this but i have been getting on with his twin brother and i know that he likes me too. it kind of freaks me out, but at the same time would love to see what happens. what should i do?

Interesting. Attraction is part looks and part personality. Personality is enduring and looks are "just for christmas" as the saying goes. It is not surprising you like both to look at, they are most likely very similar. Personality however will differ so one will appeal more than the other. One love will endure and the other not. So it is not an unusual scenario you paint, just rare.
