What is the real meaning of life?

I felt to post this to see how many of you could really explain. I would like to know if others feel the same. In short..Life to me is experiences, living, happiness, and having fun.

The meaning of life is to catch up. Its like being born in the middle of the movie and having someone explain everything to you do you know whats going on and can finish the rest of the movie. Life is everything. Everything that happens on a daily basis thats life. You decide what you make it. Whether its sad, happy, mad etc. The whole movie analogy might not make sense but thats what I was taught in class. The meaning of life is to catch up and finish.

Life is being born to the Father that created you.Life is learning everything that he has given you the ability to learn.Life is also learning and having the ability to separate fooliness from reality.Life is also having fun at the appropriate times and knowing when to be serious.Life is counting all of your blessing that God and your family given you.Life is growing up to full potentials. Life is falling in love w/that special person that u'll live an eternity with.Life is realizing what God wants you to do with YOUR life and actually doing it...And once LIFE is over, it's then sitting down w/Jesus and looking over all of the accomplishments that you have made in your lifetime...and if everything's ok, on your judgement day...Life would just began for you because this is the place that you've waiting for your whole life to get to....the most gloriest place that anyone could ever goto...Heaven!!!

Life is like a show . No matter what we do, whether we die or live, think deep thoughts or shallow ones, it's for the Higher Ones to look at and be amused.

Life is about showing Them what Humanity is, which we cannot help or aid. It's simply happening no matter what we do.

Yes, life is meant to be an amusement. To the Higher Ones. Whether WE are amused or let down, evil or good, fulfilled or not, it makes no difference. We are doing what were intended to do, and if we refuse it or accept it, it will have been supposed to be so.

As you can see life has many different meanings to different people. To me Life means having a chance to make amends for the sins of my passed. In the grand universal scheme of things we humans exist for but a microsecond.

Unlike the rocks we are aware of our existance. This simple fact makes us unique in our world. We have the ability to know the difference between right and wrong and if we're lucky enough to learn from our mistakes, we have the ability to make amends.

After all is said and done being happy pretty much somes it up. Remember "everbody dies, but very few people actually live" I have no idea who said that, but I think they were trying to say that life is too short to just stand around and wait for something to happen.

I don't believe I grasp the real meaning of life yet being so young. I also think as you grow older your perception of the meaning of life will change and deepen. Right now I see the real meaning of life as being here in the moment enjoying all that we have around us. Loving and touching the lives of as many people as we can because it's true not one minute can be wasted. You might be gone tomorrow. So I want to know that if I die tomorrow it won't matter because I lived my life to the fullest by taking risks even though it might mean me getting hurt.

Life is a quest to accomlish whatever makes the individual feel good about having lived when death occurs. Some never live, while others more than live. The success of a life should be measured by growth of those closest to the deceased.

There is no meaning to life. Life is. You are, till you are no longer.

Not to say you can't have a purpose to your life. Your propose could could be to Find a cure for cancer, but actually I think a cure for stupid would do the world a lot more good. Your purpose could be to raise a family, or to simply keep the plants alive by producing CO2.

But there is no meaning to life, just life.

I assume that everything living was born to do what it was meant to do, which at the very least is to continue living. There seem to be some basic human instincts to gather knowledge, create from what we learn, be social with others people, etc.

Basically, the meaning of life is to follow your heart and find every way to enjoy life. Your guidelines are your instincts developed through millions of years of evolution, divine creation, or whatever you attribute your existence to.

Human beings are created with the capacity - and the need - for relationship with their Creator. Without a connection with God, we aren't really alive. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." It's like you're already dead, but knowing Jesus is life-giving, like being born a second time. Eternal life begins now: it is the kind of life Jesus lived as he walked on earth, demonstrating the love of God through teaching, healing and works of compassion. Jesus said, "Anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these."

Life is that but basically it is to know God, and love him with all of your heart, mind, soul, and strength.
