The sun entered Aquarius at 11:16 am ESTon January 20th, 1977. So. If you were born before 11:16am EST, you are a capricorn, but if you were born after 11:16am EST you are an Aquarius. So to really answer this question you need to know what time you were born--or even if it was morning or night.

Technically you (like me and my daughter) were born on the cusp for the two and depending on which Horoscope you look at says you are Capricorn or Aquarius. (I went to http://horoscopes.astrology.com/Homepage.html?ice=... and they show you as Aquarius). What happens here is that you have the personality traits of both Capricorn and Aquarius.

You are an Aquarius, but barely!! The 20th is the starting date for Aquarius, but you may have characteristics of both since your in between!!!

capricorn if b4 7pm and aquarius if after that.u"ll have traits of both coz u were born within a week of the cusp
