Has anyone ever got a Best Buy warranty any got ripped off?

Bought a vaccuum cleaner and the only one left of the model i wanted was a floor model...so we took it and bought the warranty..but they wouldnt honor it...because it was from a "floor model" even though they had no problem when i paid extra for a warranty.....

Yes !! I hate to mail it in , then they ask for parts of the box. after you jump thru all the hoops they ask you for the odds of actually receiving a refund is really slim . out of 3 products I got last year , only one refund . I think it is just a scam . just lower the price, instead of the mail in refund bullSh*t.....

The "rip-off" usually happens where you don't know what you're paying for. They don't cover much... if you drop something it's not covered.

Never get the warranty!!!!!!! all they tell you is to send it back to the manufacturer
