3 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoJoseph Agbeko vs Yohnny Perez part 2?
According to Joseph Agbeko, his camp has started negotiations with Perez about a re-match, how will this fight turn out? will Agbeko get his revenge? i had the fight going for Agbeko until he was headbutted in the 10th which the ref ruled a knock down, either way, what do you think?
4 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoShannon Briggs, American Heavyweight Champ?
Okay so we know the Heavyweight division is garbage right now, especially the American Heavyweights, our best hope is supposedly Eddie Chambers, Chris Arreola and Kevin Johnson. What are the odds that an older more experienced fighter such as Shannon Briggs coming back and making some noise? im not saying he's gonna come in and start KO'ing the Klitschko's but he is on the comeback trail and has won his last 3 fights by 1st round KO and has another fight on June 15 (this is according to him and its not listed on boxrec yet) This would be his 3rd fight in less than a month, so whats everyones honest opinion.
9 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoPongsaklek Wonjongkam beats Koki Kameda?
This was a little of a shock to me, two judges scored it 116-112 (Wonjongkam) the other had it 115-112 (Wonjongkam) and the third judge had it 114-114 (Draw), So Wonjongkam now has 75 wins in his career, he's fairly young at 32 years old, do you guys (and ladies) think he'll reach the 100 win mark? he's in a very good position to do so, i say he's a future Hall of Famer already, but would 100 wins make him more known to lesser knowledgeable boxing fans.

10 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoRandom question regarding Manny?
So im bored and figured i'd a sk everyone a question just to see what the answers are. What do you think the outcome of a Manny Pacquiao vs Victor Ortiz fight would be like? just as an FYI, Ortiz has owned Manny during the sparring matches, at least from the ones i have seen, im not gonna go as far as to say ortiz is the better fighter, afterall it was only sparring, but what do you think an actual fight would be like?
Before the hate mail comes in, i wouldnt ask this question if what i said wasnt true. Im not a Manny hater, i love Manny as a fighter he's great im only asking what would be different from sparring sessions compared to an actual fight worth something?

2 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoBoxing Trivia Question #1?
So i have come to realize that the boxing section here on Yahoo is in a sad state. I look around and all i see is questions about Pacquiao, Mayweather, De La Hoya, Tyson, Ali and occassionaly big named fighters from the 1980's, there are a select few in here who actually know who Nicolino Locche, Sandro Mazzinghi, Terry Norris and Michael Nunn were, What i'm trying to get at is, boxing "fans" in here have very limited knowledge of boxing history, so since i rarely ask questions in here, i'm gonna start asking "WHO AM I?" type of questions in hopes that some of you actually take an interest and search for information and trying to find out what boxer is the answer to my questions and of course 10 points will go to whom ever gets the answer right. Hopefully you guys will do your homework and study the fighters who arent known to the common fan but are known to real boxing fans. Well with all that said, here is the first official who am i clues:
1) I am from Argentina
2) I fought in the U.S. once in my career (and lost that bout)
3) I am the first boxer from my country to become a World Champ in any weight division
WHO AM I?????
(This should be easy to find)
6 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoWhats wrong with UFC?
Ok, i realize this is the boxing section i know that already and i am in no way what so ever bashing UFC. To all the UFC fans not just MMA i mean the actual UFC company, why does the UFC intentionally go out of their way to put on shows to try and compete for viewers. This is what im trying to get at, when ever there is a boxing match on PPV, UFC just so happens to coincidently put on a show that same night, and i remember when UFC was just making a name for itself, the would put on PPV shows when WWF had shows the same night, but now this new development just came up. Strikeforce is having a fight card Nov.7, thats been planned for awhile now with Fedor Emilianenko, why does the UFC have to go out of there way to put on a fight card that same night? I understand UFC already has a pretty large fan base but dont you think they would have an even larger fan base if they put PPV shows on other night? take me for example, i'll occasionally watch a UFC show but if its on a same night as a boxing match well than UFC just lost one viewer, im not naieve (sp) enough to say that one viewer makes a difference but im pretty sure im not the only one who thinks this way, therefore UFC loses viewers, ive always been more of a PRIDE fan anyway. Anyway i guess what im trying to get at is, does any one else think this way also? namely UFC fans since they are the ones who probably know the logic behind it more than i do. To me it just seems like UFC is like that little kid brother who is still trying to get noticed so they go out of there way to draw attention to themselves, get what i mean?
