Who else out there loves Aerosmith? I have been in love with Joe Perry since I was 13.?
The first time I heard Toys in the attic, back in 1973. My son took me to see them in concert for mothers day 2 yrs ago and it was the best night of my life!

aerosmith is awesome! they were the first rock act i saw live, around 1975. they played portland,me it seemed every 6 months. before i got out of high school in 1980 i saw them 8-9 times. steven tyler passed out in the middle of one song and the place was as quiet as a church. everyone left orderly and got another show a few months later. bob seger played a full show and the crowd broke windows all around the civic center, strange stuff in the late 70's. i think the most under-rated disc they put out was night in the ruts, affectionately called right in the nuts, it rocks (i just listened to it this afternoon!) ah yes the good old days...

Aerosmith is amazing ! After all they've been thru & the many times they could have given up, they kept going.
They release an album yearly now & tour like madmen. I wonder how and where they get their energy.
They blow anyone they tour with away (ie. Even Kiss). I saw them recently in Anaheim & was very pleased they played a lot of their lesser known, old stuff. They always put on an amazing show and still sound as great as they were in the 70's.
Joe Perry is a fantastic guitarist. It is interesting that Steven had to convience him to join Aerosmith way back when. I enjoyed watching Joe join Kiss on one of their songs, in large, Kiss-type boots.
Steven & Joe love their fans BTW & try to do "Meet and Greets" when they can. Real nice guys to meet. They still own Mount Blue restaurant in Norwell (Boston) and may be involved in a new Needham restaurant called "Blue on Highland".
Rock on,
George

Love Aerosmith! The toxic twins were better off in the 70's though. After that and with Perry's solo album...not so good. I loved "Rocks", but it was b4 my time.

I like Aerosmiths songs in the 90's, those are my favorite and there's a couple of their older songs that i like also.
