Doing some construction?
First compute the total area = 12x32=384 square feet
1. 8" shiplap simple. It is equal to the total square footage (384square feet)
However if you doing construction get 5-10 % more (400 SF is just about makes it)
Note: Shiplap boards could be measured in board-feet. A board-foot is a measure of 12"x12"x1" rough sawn wood. Finished or dressed it will be 3/4" thick. They have about 1/2" tong and groove...
2. Plywood
A sheet of plywood is 4x8=32 square feet
Number of sheets = 384/32 = 12 sheets

12 ft wide floor / 4ft wide plywood = 3 pieces
32 ft long floor / 8ft wide plywood = 4 pieces
3 pieces wide * 4 pieces long = 12 pieces
not sure what shiplap is.
